“I love working and leasing my space in Elite Salons and Spas! There are so many
advantages to working here. They are conveniently located to everything in Conroe including I45 and Loop 336. The salon is located in a beautiful setting nestled between wooded lots and across from several other professional businesses. The landscaping is immaculate. I love that Elite has a very large parking lot and lots of privacy. They provide a breakroom, laundry facilities, snack and drink vending machines as well as a property manager onsite that oversees the daily greeting of clients and building maintenance. The owners, Kim and Roy, provide a very professional environment that is clean and inviting to all our guests. The salon is beautifully decorated and very well maintained. The lease is quite reasonable and worth what you receive in space, services and amenities. I feel safe working at any time of day, as they are equipped with security cameras, keyed entry and phone controlled access to the front door. When you enter the property, the name says exactly what you will see inside. Elite Salons and Spas is top of the line in Conroe and the Montgomery County area.
